I stopped by Albert's Fish bar on a trip i was going on and I was delighted to be served by Kaylah who has stopped by creams Redhill before which is where I work. She's so sweet and I got my chips within seconds. Great service. Great people. Great atmosphere. 5 stars!!

Since it's been taken over by the current owners they do great chips - perfectly cooked. Bit annoying about the minimum card spend (which I think is quite high) as I've forgotten curry sauce on an order before and not been able to add it on. Have also seen manager tell off member of staff for being late - think this could've been done out of sight of customers. Anyway, chips are lovely!

Three of us were working near to Albert's So decided to buy lunch there . Two lunchtime specials of sausage and chips and one chicken fillet burger and chips for a reasonable£20.00 all with drinks Chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle ( as it should be) Burger was offered with fresh salad and sauce of choice. When I opened my battard sausage meal it was so large I thought they'd made a mistake and given me cod and chips. The lady who served us was also very polite Can't recommend enough

Working late and needed some grub. Having been here before a few years ago I returned and it was still as good as I remembered. Fish cooked to order was superb, the chips were how I like um. i.e. not soggy and the salt n pepper squid was just devine.. Glowing review for a chippy away from home but deserves it.. 5×'s all day.
